Information Session 1: Research in Action We will showcase selected industry-led research projects currently making waves in the field, providing a template for how your ideas can move from concept to reality.
Information Session 2: Supporting Your Innovation Our speakers will outline specific funding and talent sourcing opportunities available directly through Construct Innovate, as well as broader national and international funding streams tailored for the construction sector.

Collaborative Workshops: Solving Your Challenges Participate in dynamic workshops built around “Challenge Questions” submitted by you, our Associate and Patron Members. These sessions bring together industry, government, and academia to engineer practical solutions to your most persistent hurdles.

We are calling on all Construct Innovate industry members to help steer the conversation at IndEx 2026 in Dublin by submitting your most pressing “Challenge Questions.” This is your chance to take those persistent site hurdles, regulatory bottlenecks, or technical gaps and place them directly under the microscope of our collaborative workshops.

Your submitted challenges will be tackled by a powerhouse brain trust, including associate industry partners, governmental policymakers, and leading academic experts, all focused on engineering practical, research-driven solutions.

Please note that the most impactful and transformative subjects will be selected for these deep-dive sessions, so we encourage you to be as specific and ambitious as possible. Let’s turn your real-world obstacles into the industry’s next big breakthrough; we can’t wait to see what you’re currently building, or what’s currently building a headache for you!

Located on the banks of the River Liffey, this contemporary hotel is close to the 3Arena and Convention Centre Dublin.

How to get there by public transport?

Hotel is conveniently connected to both Connolly and Heuston Stations, linking Dublin with the rest of Ireland. The LUAS Red Line stops just behind the hotel at Mayor Square/NCI, and Connolly Station is only a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore Dublin and nearby coastal towns.

We would like to encourage you to use public transport to get to our event.

Please note that, as the parking spaces are limited, we cannot guarantee availability.

Unfortunately, we cannot reserve spaces in this car park. However, if there are no spaces upon your arrival, our team will be more than happy to direct you to another close-by car park. On arrival to the car park please press the button for assistance, hotel team will issue you with a ticket and open the barrier. Once the barrier opens please enter the car park and turn right at the end where you will see a “Spencer Hotel” sign.

Then turn right and you will see Hotel Car Park spaces 1 – 37.

Please note that this is a shared car park and hotel spaces are clearly highlighted with a sign, parking in a non-hotel space may result in your car being clamped. The hotel takes no responsibility for your car or clamping.
