Construct Innovate Work Ready Graduate Programme (WRGP)

Construct Innovate, in partnership with the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (DHLGH), is pleased to announce the successful projects awarded funding under the Productivity and Digitalisation Funding Call, as part of the Irish Government’s Housing for All plan.

This funding call invited research proposals from Construct Innovate member organisations that aim to enhance productivity and/or accelerate the adoption of digital technologies in the delivery of housing in Ireland—ultimately supporting the objectives of Housing for All.

A total of €50,000 in funding has been allocated to selected projects that can deliver measurable outputs within a short research timeframe. The call was open exclusively to Construct Innovate’s Research Performing Organisations (RPOs)and industry members.

Awarded Projects:

  1. Developing a Tool for Evaluating the Economic, Environmental & Social Impacts of Housing Developments to Accelerate the Project Planning & Review Process

  2. 3D Concrete Printing Height Optimization to Accelerate Housing

  3. Enhancing Water Efficiency in an Advanced Metered Pilot Community through Data- Driven Community Engagement and Flow Value Trials
