Our governance structure is designed to:
- deliver the scope and flexibility of the applied research and development programme,
- ensure on-going relevance to changing industry trends and opportunities,
- facilitate speed of commercialisation by industry of the applied research, development and demonstration outputs.
The operation of Construct Innovate is managed by the Centre Executive Management Committee (CEMC), with the support of the Centre Steering Committee (CSC) and the International Advisory Board (IAB).
